Hey everyone, with Thanksgiving week here, I just wanted to open a simple thread. What are you grateful for this year? Feel free to share whatever comes to mind. Hope you all have a great week!

I stepped outside this morning, took a deep breath of that cold air and just felt thankful for the little things
There’s something grounding about that first breath of crisp air, a simple moment that really makes you feel present and grateful

Thanks to my folks I was born and raised in Wyoming. Thanks to the Air Force I saw the world. Thanks to remaining a Wyoming citizen through those 28 years I ran back close to where I'd grown when up I retired. Thankful to live at 7,880' in this world's best place.

That’s a wonderful journey, sounds like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be

In 2012 I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.
The doctors told me that it was incurable, untreatable and my time was short.
After much time and money I stopped going to the doctor.
I decided to use my education in anatomy, physiology, nutrition and exercise science to prolong my life as best as I could.
Move forward to May of 2025. I needed a comprehensive pre-op physical for an aggressive dental surgery.
To the astonishment of my doctor and myself I have "absolutely no signs of ever having had liver and kidney disease."
I'm grateful for having access to the information that has changed the course of my life.
