Seriously, if everyone just kept their gun pointed downrange at all times, the range would be so much more relaxed. I've seen people turn around while talking, with a pistol in their hand and it makes my heart jump into my throat. When everyone is careful, the range is safer for everyone.

I agree. Ignoring it just lets unsafe habits continue.
