May not be quite what it once was but is still excellent. I dropped a 4-12 mounted on a rifle on a cement floor. Bent the front objective and the sunshade. Clearly not a warranty issue as it was my own clumsy fault. I sent it in, a month later it comes back as new, no charge.
Although I’m sure their policy has changed, I remember back in the mid-80s I sent two beat up scopes to them for tube replacements. They did not have tubes for those models so what did they do? They sent two brand spankin’ new scopes that were comparable to what I had.
Now, we all can understand why that policy was done away with.
