Do you practice trigger discipline daily?

I dry fire practice for 5-10 minutes while coffee brews. Sounds silly but it's built muscle memory that shows up when it matters. The "I'll practice when I have time" people are the same ones whose skills atrophy. Consistency beats intensity every single time...agree?

I started dry firing nightly for 15 minutes. My draw and trigger control improved fas and way more than occasional long range sessions.

I do a lot of precision rifle dryfire training.
I have a barricade trainer and Indoor Dryfire Training System screen in my gym.
I also get a lot practice dryfiring off a tripod.
I dryfire between sets when I'm training.
I dryfire when I have clients or athletes who don't need 100% of my attention.
