I spent $300 on fancy hunting pants, I still wear the $20 ones

I got some high-end hunting pants for Christmas. They're nice. But my cheap Walmart camo still gets worn every time because they're broken in and comfortable. Anyone else have expensive gear collecting dust while you use the cheap stuff?

I bought a few pieces of Sitka gear several years ago because a few people told me how great it was.

It's ok but in my opinion it's not at all worth the price.

I wear my old cheap clothes I got from Cabelas a lot more often than the Sitka gear.

Those fancy pants might look sharp but they never actually get picked. The old pair just fits better and lets you move around easier, it is tough to argue with that kind of comfort.

Spot on! style is nice but you can’t shoot or hunt well if you’re fighting your own gear.
