Processing your own game

I started processing my own game a few seasons ago and it was a lot less intimidating than I expected once I had the right equipment. It’s kind of addictive once you realize how much control you have over the final product. If you process your own game, what gear ended up being worth the money?

Large grinder. Got a slicer and tenderizer but the grinder is most valued.
