Thinking about adding ramen to my emergency food supply. I know it's not the healthiest option, but it's cheap and fills you up. I've got a few cases stocked away, but how long do you think they last after the expiration date? Also, any tips for better storage than just leaving them in the box? Anyone else rotate ramen in their food prep? Looking for ways to jazz it up for long-term use!
