That stand was there for three years with permission from the landowner, now it's just gone. Someone else hunting too close or logging company didn't care? How do you guys deal with losing a good spot?
Losing a stand is exactly why I don't leave anything out on public land anymore. I take everything with me every time, even if it’s annoying. Less bad surprises that way.
