There are two bills being introduced into the legislature when they meet in a few days.

SF-15 if it passes would give landowners not less than 40% of the available hunting licenses.

SF-51 if it passes would make it to where landowners could sell their landowner licenses. As it is written each landowner is limited to transfering only 2 licenses but that number could be changed at any time by the game and fish commission. SF-25 gives the game and fish commission the authority to change this number.

This is the first step in making hunting in Wyoming pay to play. This does nothing to help the state or the game and fish. It is only going to make it to where the average person won't be able to afford to hunt on our public lands.

Please contact your senator and let them know this is not acceptable and urge them to vote against these bills.
