Can't see through my scope with glasses on

My eye relief is wrong or something. I have to take my glasses off to see clearly then I can't see the deer without glasses. This is frustrating. Any glasses wearers solve this problem?

Try a longer eye relief scope or a diopter adjustment if it has one.
